I still remember it like it was yesterday.

It was the spring of 2004 and my girlfriend at the time had this book on tape that had been floating around in the back of the car for over a year. I was sick of listening to the radio so I asked, “What is it?” She replied, “It’s a book on tape,” I was like sure anything accept the radio. The next 90 minutes changed my mind.

Next thing she said she was going to Barnes n Noble and I asked her, “What is that?” She said they sell books; I went because I wanted to spend time with her, 4 hours later she was pulling me out of the store. I had read through half of the book I had listened to on cassette, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

That was the beginning of the end and since then I cannot count on both my hands & feet and your family’s hands & feet the number of books, courses, classes, audio books, workshops I’ve put in my head.

Now let me fast forward to today. Since that first cassette I’ve also learned a lot from trying several business opportunities.

I was doing better than most but was still not getting the results I wanted. I did everything my sponsor had told me to do but a book one day changed the way I saw things. I realized that it wasn’t what I was doing it was the business model itself. It was set up for 97% of the people to fail and only the Top 3% Leaders to make all the money; why because they were the leaders. Now this is no different in corporate America or anywhere else in the world.

So I woke up, in order to make what the Top 3% Leaders make you have to become the Top 3% Leader yourself. That’s it! No matter what you do be the Top 3% Leader.
What I realized is that I’m passionate about helping others become Top 3% Leaders for themselves. When this shift took place I realized the only way I was going to be able to serve others was to teach them how to be Top 3% leaders for themselves through education.
